RETURNS & EXCHANGE

At Malanchi, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our designer ethnic wear. We want you to be completely delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied, we are here to help, guided by the following policies, which respects the intricate nature of our hand finished garment.

               Return & Exchange Window

·         You must raise a return or exchange request within 24 hours of receiving your order as we do not accept requests beyond this window.

               Eligibility

·         Products must be unused, unworn, and in perfect condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

·         Must not carry stains, strong Odours (perfume/body Odour), or signs of wear.

·         Exchange is valid for the following cases: Incorrect Size Ordered, Improper Fit. Any other reasons are subject to approval.

·         Items once exchanged will be considered final and not eligible for further exchange or return.

              Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

·         Custom-size orders or pieces.

·         Customization requests can be accepted (such as bottom style change, colour change, sleeve length change) but products are then on final sale and cannot be returned. Such requests must be pre-paid and COD cannot be accepted as a form of payment in that case.

·         Accessories (including belts and potlis).

·         Discounted or promotional purchases.

 

             Refunds & Store Credit

·         We do not offer cash refunds. Eligible returns will be processed as store credit, valid for 12 months.

              Alterations

·         We understand that the nature of our product requires it to be a perfect fit, each time! When delivered the right size, but the fit just doesn’t work – we’re here.

We will request you to bear the cost of shipping the product to us, and we will take care of any alterations at no cost. This service is only valid if the request is received within 24 hours of product delivery.

 

              Handling Damaged/Defective/Wrong items

 

·         Report Time: Customer must notify within 24 hours of receiving order with photographic evidence.

·         Resolution:  If you receive the wrong product, you may choose a full refund, store credit or a replacement product.

 

·         If the product has a manufacturing defect, we will issue a complete refund, credit or a replacement product, as per your preference.

 

              Important Notes

·         Items tried on must be handled with care.

·         Any returned item that is damaged, soiled, worn, or returned without tags may not be accepted.

·         Orders placed with loyalty points, discount codes, or during sales will not be eligible for return or exchange.

In case any products are returned in a used condition, we would be sending the same product back to you without rectification, exchange or refund.
