Do I need to create an account on malanchi.com to place an order?

No, you can easily place an order without having a MALANCHI account. However, if you set up an account with MALANCHI will enable you to view your order history, receive timely updates on new arrivals, our upcoming events and offers.

 

I have a malanchi.com account but I forgot my password. How do I access my account?

If you have a registered account with malanchi.com and you forget your password, click on the 'forgot password' link provided and fill in the email ID or mobile number you have used to register your account. We will send you an email to reset your password. All you have to do is simply login to our website with your Email Address and your new password to access your account. You will receive an email that will prompt you to set up a new password.

 

Is it possible to customise the garments?

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped from MALANCHI, we will send you a confirmation email with the Tracking Number to track your delivery. It is possible to check the order status at any time by entering the Order Number at the link provided along with Tracking Number. Registered users can also find all information related to their orders on the 'My Account' page.

 

Can I get my order gift-wrapped?

All products delivered from MALANCHI arrive in suitable MALANCHI packaging, we do not offer any additional gift wrapping services at the moment.

How do I use a Discount Code or Gift Card?

Once you are ready with your order, simply follow the steps mentioned below:

1. Click on 'Proceed To Checkout'.

2. Fill in your contact information and shipping address.

3. Enter the Discount Code or Gift Card Code in the Apply Code section and click 'Apply'.

4. Your cart value will get updated and the new amount will get reflected in 'Subtotal'.

5. Once you have reviewed your delivery information, click on ‘Continue to Shipping’.

 

Can I add items to an existing order?

Once you have confirmed and placed an order, it is not possible to add items to it. You are requested to place a fresh order for any new items. Additionally, you can make modifications to your existing order i.e., change colour (subject to availability) or size or both within 24 hours of placing the order. To make a modification, please connect with us on info@malanchi.com or call our Customer Care on +91 8800812595 and we will try to help you in the best way possible.

 

Can I cancel an order?

Do note: We do not offer to refund the cancelled orders but offer credit notes against the cancellations via a Credit Note in the form of a Credit Code. You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, without any extra charges. No order cancellation requests received post 24 hours of order placement time shall be entertained.

To cancel, please write to us on info@malanchi.com or call our Customer Care on +91 8800812595. Once your order is found eligible for cancellation, our team will issue a Credit Code against it that is redeemable within 60 days from the issue date.
