DOMESTIC RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES
We are happy to accept returns of unused items in their original condition (unwashed, undamaged, with tags attached) within 5 days of delivery for refund or online gift card.
Please initiate return request through your registered Malanchi account. Alternatively, contact our customer care team info@malanchi.com or call / WhatsApp us at +91 8800812595 for assistance.
We do not offer refunds on customized products (made to order), products mentioned as Pre-order, products been altered as per size specification.
Please note that sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Unless you received them in a poor/broken/damaged condition, we will send you a replacement of the same product. In the event of non-availability of the product, we will issue you a refund via online gift card.
For all accepted returns, we will issue a refund or online gift card immediately after we receive the products from your end and its pass quality check process. Return process may take up to 7-8 days. Any complaint that is reported after 5 days of delivery will not be accepted.
We do not offer merchandise Exchange or Return on orders shipped internationally. In an unlikely event if any merchandise you have received is in a damaged condition or defective, please reach out to us at info@malanchi.com within 48 hours of receiving the order. Our representative will guide you on this matter.
Note: There might be duties/taxes applicable when you return items to us, so kindly do not ship anything back to us without writing to our customer care. We will not be liable to pay any duties/taxes arising due to return shipment.
EASY ONLINE RETURNS AND EXCHANGE.
We offer free reverse pick-up services for all orders shipped within India. If you have placed an order through your Registered Account, you can login to your account on our website and go to you‘Order’ section and click on View details to raise a return request. If you have placed an order as a guest user, please fill in the details on ‘Check Order’ here.
Click on Request a Return and select all the items you wish to return & and Select a reason of return from the list. Click the check box at the bottom of Returns page ‘I confirm that the product is unused with original tags intact’ and then click on Proceed to return.
Then select your preferred mode of Refund and click on Confirm Return. (In case of Refund to Bank Account for Cash on delivery orders, please ensure the bank details are mentioned correctly in the fields provided).
Once your request is successfully registered, a ‘Return ID’ will be generated along with the courier name for the reverse pick up & our company name – LABELRAAS3 APPAREL LLP.
We request you to follow the instructions given below:
The return package will be picked up within 1-2 business days, you can verify ‘Return ID’ with the courier boy at the time of pickup. Kindly follow the below process for order returns:
1-Take a copy of the order/invoice sheet and circle the product/s you are returning.
2-Pack the item/s you wish to return in the original delivery package if possible, Please ensure that the product is unused and in the same condition as you received it and all the tags are intact.
3-Insert the order/invoice sheet and ensure that the parcel is packed properly.
4-When our courier partner arrives, hand over the parcel. Once we receive the returned courier, the
refund process will be initiated for the items returned. Once processed, it may take up to 5-7 working days for the refund amount to get credited at its source.
5-Return request for online orders can be raised within 5 days of order delivery.
